It&#039;s nice to see you writing a longer piece filled with your trademark passion and conviction about the material you enjoy. It&#039;s at times a tightrope act (when I review material anyway) to balance that with the facts and figures, so to speak, of what you&#039;re discussing.

 But somehow you were blessed with this uncanny skill; to able to convey your unbridled enthusiasm while packing loads of valuable info and minutae into a review. You give a reader the facts they need to hook them, and the impetus to take the leap and give something a shot - making the abstruse less so without boiling the gold down to base metal.

Well, that was a ponderous way of saying: great job, and I hope Boilerplate is indeed Hugo-bound. I look forward to hearing the entire interview next.
